Dame Julian of Norwich Prayer Group

This ministry -- named for Dame Julian of Norwich (1342-c.1416) who wrote one of the great classics of spiritual life -- uses the gift of intercessory prayer to pray for anyone needing prayer for physical, mental, or emotional problems. The ministry participants meet on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m., go through a liturgy, and then pray for the people on a prayer list which comes from the priest, parishioners, and others. The list may also include names from the larger church such as the bishop of our Diocese.
